Ron Hagood

Ron Hagood: President and C.E.O. Operations

Ron Hagood, C.E.O. Operations, joined BRATH in 1977 as one of the founding members. Ron has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts from Pepperdine University. Undergraduate study was in finance and graduate study in management. As C.E.O. Operations, Ron Hagood is responsible for banking relations, loan procurement, internal control and financial management.

Jim Black

Jim Black: Vice-President and C.E.O. Construction

Jim Black, C.E.O. Construction, has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University. Jim Black worked for a consulting engineering firm before joining BRATH in 1979. As C.E.O. Construction, Jim Black is responsible for all project management operations and owner/subcontractor communications and coordination.

Michael Smith

Michael Smith: Vice President and Construction Manager

Michael Smith, Vice President and Construction Manager, joined BRATH in 1984 and served as Superintendent before moving into his current role as Construction Manager. Michael is responsible for construction management operations, scheduling and quality control. He also directly supervises the Superintendents and implements the safety program. Michael Smith has created TimeSaver Technologies, llc, a construction management software that has been implemented throughout BRATH’s operations.

Zach Hutto

Zach Hutto: Preconstruction/Estimating

Zach Hutto, Preconstruction/Estimating, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2006 and joined BRATH as Estimator. In 2007, he became Assistant Construction Manager, facilitating multiple Project Superintendents with schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, Owner/Architect meetings, and budget control. In 2011, Zach joined Rick Larson as Superintendent on Austin Baptist Church. In 2012, Zach Hutto joined the Preconstruction team.

Amy Hough

Amy Hough: Bookkeeper

Amy Hough, Bookkeeper, began her career in the financial/accounting industry in 1989. She performs contract administration and accounting duties, as well as office administration. She joined the team at BRATH in 2007.

Cori O'Brien

Cori O'Brien: Marketing

Cori O’Brien, Marketing, joined BRATH in 2002 after graduating with a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Cori spent several years as Estimator and in the field as Assistant Project Manager. Cori currently telecommutes and performs a marketing role by preparing proposals, creating newsletters and award submittals, and developing and maintaining the website. Cori also assists with pre-construction services and project management as needed.

Matt Litton

Matt Litton: BIM (Building Information Modeling) Consultant

Matt Litton, BIM Consultant, has been working with BRATH since July 2012. Matt has experience as a Designing & Drafting Contractor and as a Field Project Manager for a specialties contractor. Matt is coordinating BIM with Revit, AutoCad, and NavisWorks on BRATH’s BIM projects.

David Rivera: Senior Superintendent

David Rivera, Senior Superintendent, joined BRATH in 1980 and has been a BRATH Superintendent since 1981. He has led the team in building very impressive projects, such as Riojas Elementary School and the Additions and Renovations to LBJ High School. BRATH has received ABC Excellence in Construction Awards for the exemplary work on David Rivera’s projects such as Leander ISD’s LEO Center and The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.

Rick Larson

Rick Larson: Senior Superintendent

Rick Larson, Senior Superintendent, has been a Superintendent since 1980 and joined BRATH in 1990. He has earned multiple awards for his BRATH projects including the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for First United Methodist Church and for St. William Catholic Church.

Hal Faulk

Hal Faulk: Senior Superintendent

Hal Faulk, Senior Superintendent, has been a Superintendent and a Manager in the construction industry since 1976. He joined BRATH as Senior Superintendent in 2005. He has completed several projects with BRATH including an auditorium and an agricultural building for Leander ISD, as well as the First United Methodist Church Georgetown and St. Mary’s Parish Center in Fredericksburg.

Pablo Reynaga

Pablo Reynaga: Warranty and Punch List Superintendent

Pablo Reynaga, Warranty and Punch List Superintendent, joined BRATH in 1989. As Warranty & Punch List Superintendent, Pablo manages subcontractors to complete punch lists and warranty items. Pablo Reynaga ensures all items are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

Jim Morrison

Jim Morrison: Logistics Coordinator

Jim Morrison, Logistics Coordinator, joined BRATH in 1998. He assists the Superintendents with job site material coordination, temporary office trailer setup, computer setup, plan distribution and whatever needs done! Jim is already visiting job sites with deliveries before the civilized world has even thought about waking up.

Art Campbell

Art Campbell: Project Manager

Art Campbell, Project Manager, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1994. After gaining 11 years of residential construction experience, Art joined the BRATH team in 2005. Art has Superintendent and PM experience on several projects while at BRATH, including recent projects with Austin ISD, First United Methodist Church in Georgetown, and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hutto.

Kevin McAllister

Kevin McAllister: Project Manager

Kevin McAllister, Project Manager, joined the team at BRATH in 2005 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He was the Superintendent/PM on Leander ISD Support Services and Transportation Building Renovations, Cedar Park High School Weight Room Additions, St. Williams Catholic Church Education and Administration buildings, and Pflugerville Community Church.

Kyle Little

Kyle Little: Project Manager

Kyle Little, Project Manager, graduated from Texas State University and worked as Manager of Oilfield Operations for an energy company and worked in residential construction before joining BRATH in 2007. Kyle Little has worked on projects for Austin ISD, Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD. More recently he has worked on WBC Opportunities Head Start Facility in Round Rock and Wesleyan at Scenic in Georgetown.

Derek Even

Derek Even: Assistant Superintendent

Derek Even, Assistant Superintendent, is certified as a LEED Green Associate. Derek Even graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science at Texas A&M University in 2011 and joined the team at BRATH in May of 2011. Derek recently helped complete Gateway College Preparatory School in Georgetown.

Pablo Espinosa, Lead Carpenter, has been with BRATH since 1988.

Luis Lara

Luis Lara: Carpenter

Luis Lara, Carpenter, joined the team at BRATH in 1987.

David Springer

David Springer: Finish Carpenter

David Springer, Finish Carpenter, has been with BRATH since 2008.
